Elmego Candidate Referral & Authorization Agreement
Please read each section carefully. By signing below, you acknowledge your understanding and agreement to all terms.
Referral Service Disclaimer
I understand that Elmego is a referral service only and does not guarantee placement, employment, or compensation.
I understand that Elmego is not my employer and that the hiring decision is made solely by the client.
I agree to notify Elmego if I am hired or engaged by a client.
Employment Status
I acknowledge that I am an independent contractor and not employed by Elmego.
I accept full responsibility for legal compliance regarding employment, taxes, insurance, and immigration.
I agree to indemnify and hold Elmego harmless from any related claims or liabilities.
Background Check & Authorization
I authorize Elmego to conduct background checks, including criminal history, employment history, education verification, and drug screening.
I consent to a 10-panel drug screening and understand that the results will be retained by Elmego.
I authorize the release of relevant records from schools, employers, and government agencies.
I understand that this authorization may be used prior to and throughout the duration of any engagement.
Confidentiality & Privacy
I agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal and family matters of Elmego clients.
I will not disclose names, addresses, or contact details of clients or their families.
I understand that any violation of confidentiality may result in placement on Elmego’s Do-Not-Hire list.
Citizenship & Work Eligibility
I understand that I must verify my identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire.
