All hiring decisions are made solely by the client. The terms of employment—including schedule, compensation, duties, and working conditions—are determined between the candidate and the client. Elmego does not supervise, manage, or control the work performed.
Candidates must agree to undergo a thorough background check, which may include identity verification, criminal history, employment history, and reference checks. Refusal to participate or failure to pass the screening may result in disqualification from our referral network.
Candidates are responsible for providing accurate information during the application and interview process. Misrepresentation may result in removal from our referral network.
Elmego reserves the right to discontinue referrals or remove candidates from our network at any time, based on feedback, conduct, or failure to meet professional standards.
